Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to contact us in accordance with EU consumer law.

Due to the nature of our business, most TAKUMILAB products are custom-made or produced on demand, therefore returns based on change of mind are not accepted.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

In these cases, TAKUMILAB will cover all costs, including:

  • Replacement

  • Full refund

  • Return and shipping costs

within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Products with customer-selected names, designs, or colors

  • Sale items or gift cards

Under Article 103 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, these items are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
